The hair piece has more finished on it! All of the design are at 80% so that means the whole piece is at about 80%. Now I have to tweak the designs to either fix things I see wrong or to make them better, and then figure out a way to present them as a whole.
Hit refresh to see the changes, if you haven't already.
Thanks! |

Here is something slightly different and a couple more sketches.
A troll, which was a very quick coloring of a pen sketch.
Two new swords, inpractical but I have an excuse: They're magic!
And one pen sketch of a secondary character.
I think I'll go back into the troll later. Show some more muscle definition, flesh him out a little more and maybe texture up that skin a little. Maybe turn some of the spots/freckles/acne/ice-pick-wounds red, to add some more interest. The swords will maybe make it to the third draft as alternatives to the normal designs from before.

Haha, here are the final designs for Beonarri's weapons. Plus the rejects.
In the final design picture (white background) there are eight weapons. His main sword, an alternate (second player, etc.), four more with various properites and attributes, an "ultimate" weapon, and a goof-off weapon (ham, yummy!).
On the reject picture. A whole lot of variations on the finals. The trout, the inflatable sword, wooden sword, a magic wand, and others.
Now I have to find a way to present them. I will hopefully have this and the hair-piece complete soon.
Tell me what you think!
Thanks for viewing!
P.S.
I am posting these on my blog with more indepth details on what each weapon does, its attributes, and so on. |

Thanks ninetales!
I've got a couple more things to show, but my scanner is disconnected and in another room. I helped my friends scan stuff for the artgroup...and play Diablo 2. So yesterday was a surprising low-art day.
*EDIT*
My scanner is now broken, so I can't upload new art. It will be a few days before anything new shows up |

Okay, got a new scanner! Its a quiet little bugger. Only about an inch wider than a laptop.
So here are the new pics! They're all pen sketches. Basically two days of backup. I should have more Photoshop stuff soon. But right now I'm also working on two storyboard sets, which are taking up a good bit of time.
A Librarian: They use magic from books and form magic from books and strings of letters.
Thalensis: My word for the BIG race. Based loosely off of the Neandertal.
Beonarri in some Armor. It's part Greek, part his original leather armor, and part heavy metal.
Two of a secondary character. She is a Rogue/Archer/Ranger type.
And lastly, an action pose.
Tell me what you think!

Here are some new pics!
A quicky Photoshop painting. I took the sketch and quickly and sloppyly colored it. The phrase on the flag was originally from 1984, but that's a little too serious for me, so I switched it to a great phrase from a Zelda cdi game.
If you know the joke, you are a nerd...like me.
Any comments welcome!

I was in a slump over the week end. I barely drew anything, it was a slight depression. Kinda weird, but it happens to everyone from time-to-time. So last night, I said, "I'm gonna draw until I fall asleep drawin'."
And that's what I did. Here are the results.
The first one, I just drew, really quickly, for my blog post title.
Comments welcome, as always!
